  • How much are your services, and what does it include?

    Prices begin at just $49.00 for small loads and single item pickups. A full dump trailer (6 ft x 10 ft) is available for only $169, which covers hauling, unloading, and all dump fees included in the base price. Please be aware that if items are difficult to access (such as hard-to-reach areas or stairs), an additional charge will apply.

  • What if my items are not accessible by your trailer?

    Not a problem! A fee will be applied to the base rate. This will be discussed prior and agreed upon during booking. No hidden fees with Trash and Dash!

  • Do you offer services outside of Chilliwack, BC?

    Yes! We service Chilliwack and the surrounding areas, including Yarrow, Greendale, Cultus Lake, Promontory and Rosedale.

    Any other areas including Abbotsford and beyond there will be a small gas surcharge. This will be discussed prior and agreed upon during booking.

  • Is there an extra charge to dispose of mattresses or box springs?

    Never! These items are included in the base rate. 

  • Is it cheaper if I only have a few items or less and don’t need the full trailer load?

    Yes! If you only have a couple items that need to be removed a discounted rate will be applied. Just let us know what you have and we can offer a free quote!

  • What if I need multiple loads for all my stuff?

    The more the merrier!  Once we arrive we can quickly gauge how many full loads it will take. We will discuss pricing with you before the jobs starts. We offer a discounted rate for all trailer loads after the first.

  • Pricing

    • Our rates start at $49 for single-item loads.
    • Full trailer loads are priced around $169.
    • There are no additional charges for removing tires, refrigerators, freezers, or other specialty items.
    • A labor fee may be incurred if items are difficult to access or if heavy, dense materials require additional effort for removal.
    • All sorting and recycling fees are included in our service.
    • Our trailer dimensions are 6ft x 10ft.
    • Pricing is based primarily on volume, allowing customers to pay only for the space their items occupy in our truck.
    • Our prices are not influenced by the duration of the job at your location, ensuring no unexpected costs.

  • Quotations and Booking

    • Every job, regardless of size, will be quoted and discussed during the booking process or prior to the commencement of work.
    • Extra fees may apply in the following situations: 

      • If garbage/rubbish is not easily accessible.
      • If the location is outside our service area.
      • For heavy, non-traditional household items/junk.

  • Cancellation Policy

    • Once your booking is confirmed, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total amount may be applied.

  • Payment Terms

    • Payment is due upon the completion of loading the trailer and only when you are completely satisfied with the service provided.
    • Invoices will be emailed after the job is finished.
    • Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Cash, or E-Transfer.

  • Amendments and Updates

    • Trash and Dash Chilliwack reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes.
